I am a trainer at Sealand. I truly believe that these animals
and I have had a real connection. I love them. For that reason, I don’t want to
see them get hurt. They are very intelligent animals. I understand that these
animals aren’t meant to be captured and kept under a “box”. The thing is that
it’s too late now to put them back. The reason I say this is because they are
now used to being under our care. our and our environment. I agree that there
shouldn’t be anymore animal captivity because it is truly harming them and
their families. They are getting forced to be separated away from their
families which is a so inhumane. They have and feel all the emotions we feel.
Like one of the whale catchers said. It’s like kidnapping a child from their
mother. I believe that they need to improve the environment we’re keeping them.
Make adjustments that will fit their size and activities.
